About the Workshop

These days, there’s a growing interest in quantum computing. Prospective students are eager to enter the field, but may not know what they need in order to do so. The confusion these students experience is made worse by the blurring of the line between scientific outreach and public relations. In order to start students off on the right foot in their research endeavors, Ben will share a few tips that he's picked up during his brief career in quantum computing. This will help you recognize hype, so you can ignore it, and approach research with the right mindset.
